Lance Isku was born in Brooklyn,NY and moved to North Jersey. He comes from a background of 20 years in the retail service industry and brings sales leadership and project management skills to bear when working with his real estate clients.

He attended Passaic County Community College and earned a degree in Business Management, and his skills in customer service and goal oriented leadership give him a unique insight into how to bargain for and protect his clients.

Lance entered the Real Estate world in order to meet new people and help them on their journey to home ownership and hasn’t looked back.

Lance lives in Little Falls, NJ with his two daughters. He spends his free time working out, weight lifting and spending time with his family.
